- KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Chef
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen.
Knowledge of diverse cuisines and food safety standards.
Culinary certification will be an added advantage.
- 2. Bartender
Previous experience in bartending.
Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3. Housekeeper
Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or lodge.
High attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently.
- 4. Waitress
Previous experience in food service or customer service.
Good communication and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, presentable, and team-oriented personality.
- KEY DUTIES
- Chef
Prepare high-quality meals with creativity and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Manage food inventory and supervise kitchen staff.
- Bartender
Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and ensure proper stock levels.
Provide excellent customer service.
- Housekeeper
Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
Arrange guest amenities and report maintenance issues.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
- Waitress
Greet and serve customers professionally.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
Keep the dining area clean and well-organized.
