Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in solar, machinery, or renewable energy sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and lead generation
• Analytical skills and ability to create proposals and sales documentation
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Solar PV Systems and Technical Sales
• Experience in the solar industry is MANDATORY.
