MANAGING PARTNER – AUDIT & ASSURANCE

• Responsibilities
• Establish and lead the Audit & Assurance Division
• Develop audit methodologies and quality management systems
• Lead and review audit engagements
• Drive business development and client relationship management
• Ensure compliance with ISAs, IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Recruit, mentor and develop audit staff
• Participate in strategic leadership and growth initiatives
• Requirements
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACCA, BICA, CA, CPA or equivalent)
• Registered member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA)
• Holder of a valid Audit Practicing Certificate issued by Botswana Accountancy Oversight Authority (BAOA)

Minimum 15 years’ audit experience, including at least 5 years at senior management, director or partner level

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs and ISAs
• Strong business development and leadership skills
• Experience with audit quality management and regulatory inspections will be an added advantage
