• Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant and with a practicing certificate preferably FCPA (Bots) or CA (SA) or equivalent.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked for a “Big Four” audit firm with at least 20 years’ experience.

Formally served articles with a “Big Four” firm.

Undergone an executive development program.

Proven experience in handling audit assignments at an executive level in various sectors (e.g Entrepreneurial, Telecommunications, Financial Services, insurance, Retail, Construction, Mining, Education, Oil and Gas etc).

Proven experience in managing and co-ordinating a large team of professionals.

Proven experience in orchestrating service delivery from various business units to clients.

IFRS, ISA and IFAC knowledge and understanding.

Knowledge of the Ernst & Young audit methodology is an advantage.
