Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee transport and fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing company vehicles, improving transport efficiency, and ensuring smooth movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Manage company fleet, including vehicle allocation, maintenance, servicing, insurance, and licensing.
• Supervise drivers and transport personnel to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, repairs, and operational costs.
• Develop transport schedules and optimize delivery routes.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare logistics reports.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and road safety standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to support smooth operations.
• Identify strategies to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management.
• Proven experience managing company vehicles and transport operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Must be available to start immediately.
