Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Drive loan portfolio growth and savings mobilization.
• Ensure achievement of branch business and profitability targets.
• Supervise, coach, and monitor branch staff performance.
• Ensure timely loan disbursement, repayment, and recovery.
• Monitor Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and implement strategies to reduce loan defaults.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct branch meetings and performance reviews.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational and performance reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC requirements.
• Safeguard company assets and maintain effective internal controls.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI), with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of credit administration, savings mobilization, and branch operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve business targets and manage teams effectively.
