Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing clients
- Processing loan applications
- Assessing customers’ creditworthiness
- Monitoring loan repayments
- Ensuring prompt recovery of overdue loans.
- Building good customer relationships
- Conducting field visits
- Promoting the organization’s financial products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an OND
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in banking or microfinance is an added advantage
- Must be hardworking, honest, and result-oriented
- Willingness to carry out fieldwork and customer follow-up activities
