Responsibilities:

• Sourcing clients
• Processing loan applications
• Assessing customers’ creditworthiness
• Monitoring loan repayments
• Ensuring prompt recovery of overdue loans.
• Building good customer relationships
• Conducting field visits
• Promoting the organization’s financial products and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of an OND
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  
• Basic computer knowledge
  
• Experience in banking or microfinance is an added advantage
  
• Must be hardworking, honest, and result-oriented
  
• Willingness to carry out fieldwork and customer follow-up activities
