Lift & Elevator Sales RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Lift & Elevator Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling lift and elevator solutions, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for lift and elevator installations, modernization, and maintenance services.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and property owners to understand their requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries and provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports.
• Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in lift and elevator sales, construction materials, engineering products, or other technical/B2B sales is an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
