JUNIOR SALES & STOCK COORDINATOR / TRAINEE

Supermoist (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Sales & Stock Coordinator / Trainee to join our team in Johannesburg.

This is a junior/trainee position. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working with customers and computers, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day sales and stock-related tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, checking and capturing incoming stock

• Pricing and labelling products for retail sale

• Keeping stock records accurate and up to date

• Maintaining and merchandising the showroom

• Assisting walk-in, WhatsApp, telephone and online customers

• Processing and following up customer orders

• Assisting with quotations, invoices and general order administration

• Loading and updating products on our website

• Helping identify products that need to be promoted or restocked

• Following up customer enquiries and potential sales

• General sales and administrative assistance

We're looking for someone who is:

• Organised and detail-oriented

• Friendly and confident dealing with customers

• Computer literate and willing to learn new systems

• Able to communicate clearly

• Proactive and willing to take initiative

• Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks

• Interested in learning about our products and industry

Experience in sales, retail, stock control, e-commerce or the motorcycle industry would be advantageous, but we are more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
