Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the valuation of work completed and preparation of payment certificates.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records.
• Support procurement processes by preparing tender documents and evaluating quotations.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
• Prepare project reports and other quantity surveying documentation as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
