Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments accurately through cash, mobile money, card, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate cash balances.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash transactions.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with product or service-related queries where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and submit daily reports.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or irregularities promptly.
• Keep the cashiering area clean, organised, and secure.
• Follow all company policies, financial procedures, and cash-handling controls.
• Support other branch operations when required.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Till Operator, or in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Good numerical and basic accounting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and financial transactions responsibly.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational demands.
• Must be willing to work in Ol Kalou.
