Job Description:

The ideal candidate must have a passion for digital marketing and will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and driving engagement through various digital channels.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Assist in creating and publishing content across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in creating and appearing in videos, reels, product demonstrations, educational content, and live sessions.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and content production.
• Monitor social media trends and customer engagement and share relevant content ideas with the team.
• Assist in maintaining and updating digital platforms and AI/chatbot content.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Assist in responding to customer enquiries, comments, and messages across digital platforms.
• Support customer engagement and sales follow-up when required.
• Assist in community engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Other Duties

• Assist in preparing basic marketing reports and maintaining campaign records.
• Work with the marketing team and other departments to support the smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Perform ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
