Pay: $115,000 – $175,000 per year base, plus quarterly bonus · Full-time

Blossom Human Resources is recruiting a mid-level Insurance Defense / Personal Injury Litigation Associate for a Confidential client, a well-established Houston litigation defense firm with a documented partnership track and a 2:1 attorney-to-paralegal ratio.

What you'll do: independently manage a docket of catastrophic personal injury, product liability and construction defect cases with $1M+ limits; take and defend fact, expert and corporate representative depositions; draft and argue motions and handle discovery in Texas state and federal courts; and meet a 154-hour monthly billing minimum.

Must-haves: 2 to 6 years of insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience, an active Texas State Bar license, a JD from an accredited law school, experience owning a docket and with high-exposure matters, strong time-entry discipline, a writing sample, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
