Pay: $160,000 – $200,000 per year base, plus discretionary bonus · Full-time

Blossom Human Resources is recruiting an Insurance Coverage Attorney for a Confidential client, a well-established San Francisco boutique representing policyholders in coverage and bad faith disputes across California. You will own your matters and client relationships from day one. Strong general civil litigators are welcome; coverage experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What you'll do: analyze commercial policies (GL, D&O, E&O, cyber, property); advise on coverage strategy and tenders; manage matters from intake to resolution, including coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights responses and demand letters; and litigate coverage disputes in California state and federal courts.

Must-haves: 1 to 4 years of civil litigation experience, an active California State Bar license, a JD from an accredited law school, strong writing and analysis, experience with depositions and motions, willingness to work in the office five days per week, a writing sample, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Partnership track at six to eight years with no book-of-business requirement, about 100 billable hours per month, signing bonus available, and a commuter benefit. Our service is always free for candidates.
