Pay: $100,000 – $130,000 per year · Full-time

Blossom Human Resources is recruiting a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a Confidential client, a long-established, full-service law firm in Roseland, New Jersey, in the New York City metro area. You will work directly with partners on commercial transactions from contract through closing.

What you'll do: manage acquisitions, sales, financings and leasing matters; order, review and resolve title commitments, surveys and searches; prepare closing documents, checklists, settlement statements and post-closing deliverables; coordinate closings independently with clients, lenders, title companies and opposing counsel; and keep deadlines and files on track.

Must-haves: 5+ years of recent, continuous commercial real estate paralegal experience at a law firm (residential-only will not qualify), hands-on title, survey and closing work, proven ability to run a commercial closing independently, a stable work history, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
