Blossom HR is recruiting an Employment Law Associate for Our Client, a well-regarded New Jersey law firm with a top-ranked, management-side employment practice. This is a direct-hire, full-time position based in Madison, NJ (hybrid, 4 days per week in the office).

What you'll do

• Counsel employers on compliance and risk management.
• Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with the team.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions and other legal documents.
• Work with a diverse range of clients on complex employment law issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct employment law experience, including both counseling and litigation.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or eligible to waive in).
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• New York and/or Pennsylvania bar admission is a plus.

Schedule

• Hybrid: 4 days per week in the Madison, NJ office.
• Interview process: brief phone screen, then a single in-person interview day.
