Job Description
Sound knowledge and experience in HRM, legislation, governance, policies, and procedures.
HR knowledge of the labour environment in Malawi.
Keep abreast of all legislative and organisational policy changes.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently on HR issues.
Must be fully bilingual and proficient in English and Chichewa.
Be able to create and implement systems for better organization.
