Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• Must understand the Nigerian Labour Act, compliance, HR policies, HMO, pension, NSITF, ITF, and employee documentation.
• Experience developing HR structure, SOPs, KPIs, and performance systems.
• Lead the HR department handling recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, grievance, exits.
• Build culture, manage disciplinary processes, and train managers on people management.
• Support leadership on HR strategy, manpower planning, and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Creative Solution or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Must be able to use HRIS.
• Professional certification is an advantage
