Job Description
- Support HR functions for hospitality clients (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations)
- Handle staff queries, grievances, and feedback
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- 1-2 years HR experience in hospitality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- HR software experience helpful
