Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Manage performance management (KPIs, goal setting, coaching, evaluations).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Lead employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll administration with Finance.
  • Manage HRIS and employee records.
  • Drive learning and development programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience and knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • HR certification (CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
  • High integrity and confidentiality.

Location: Ikate, Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 350,000
