Sepconcept Media Agency is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the agency's online presence, strengthen brand visibility, and drive audience engagement across social media platforms.

Location: Isheri-Egbeda, Lagos (On-site)

Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage Sepconcept's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and implement content strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Monitor account performance, audience engagement, and growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience enquiries.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to create engaging content and write compelling captions.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work on-site in Isheri-Egbeda, Lagos.
