Job Description

Responsibilities
Transfer patients safely and courteously around the hospital; respond promptly to pagers
Welcome and assist patients and visitors; address concerns professionally
Keep wheelchairs at central collection points and the emergency bed fully prepared
Direct patients to destinations around the hospital and provide information during visiting hours
Perform mortuary duties as prescribed, handling handovers to relatives with empathy
Manage seating and flow at admissions and registration points to improve turnaround times
Requirements
Form V plus a relevant customer-service qualification or First Aid certificate
0-2 years’ experience in a hospital or customer-service environment
