Hiranand Group is a group with diversified business interests - F&B, Real Estate, Gas Retail, & Others. Our Head of HR will encompass all businesses and have a team under him/her.
The HR Head (Head of Human Resources) is a senior leadership role within the organization responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function.
This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and organizational culture.
Key responsibilities typically include:
• Strategic HR Leadership: Aligning HR practices with the company’s business goals.
• Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention strategies.
• Employee Relations: Managing conflict resolution, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring employee engagement.
• Compliance & Policy Development: Ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and develops effective HR policies.
• Performance Management: Overseeing performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
• Compensation & Benefits: Developing competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
The HR Head works closely with the executive leadership team to drive organizational success through effective human resource strategies.
