Head of Content

Build Southeast Asia's biggest business channel with founders who've done it before.

Who you'd work with

You'll be working directly with the founders. Damon and Joshua, founders of Ergotune, exited for 8 figures.

What you get

• A seat in the room with founders. You're there when they decide what to sell, what to say and where the money goes. A year here teaches you more than five at an agency.
• Ownership from day one. You run it all: the ideas, the shoots, the scripts, the editors. Then you build the team behind it, and its success is yours.
• An ecommerce education. Offers, ads, pricing, cash flow. You see how brands really grow, from the founders and the ecommerce founders they coach.
• Strong base plus high upside. Base pay plus rewards and revenue share. When the company does well, you do well.
• An inside track to top founders. You'll get close to how the best ecommerce founders in the region think and build.

What you'll actually do

• Plan and direct shoots directly with the founders
• Film, gather the footage and find the clips worth cutting
• Research what works, use objections from sales calls, and write scripts in the founders' voice
• Run the whole system, from posting schedule to idea to live
• Help make ad creatives from what's working
• Decide who the team needs next, and hire them
• Grow the content into the biggest business channel and brand in Singapore and the region

You'll fit if

• You've grown an account, your own or a brand's, and you can show the numbers
• You've managed editors or freelancers
• You use AI in your work every day
• You like moving fast
• Big plus: you make content yourself

You don't need all of it. Show good work and how you think.
