Job Description
•Inspect incoming fresh produce and ensure quality standards.
•Identify and report defective products.
•Supervise sorting, trimming, packaging, and manpower allocation.
•Monitor fruit ripening, cold chain, and product handling.
•Maintain QC records and reports.
•Ensure compliance with SFA, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues
