Requirements (non-negotiable):

Men preferred (due to team / operational setup)
Minimum 1-year previous experience in a bar or busy restaurant
Very personable – guests should feel welcome the moment they step up
Great at communication – clear, calm, and direct with waiters and kitchen
Able to supervise waiters and other staff – you’ll direct service flow, correct mistakes, and keep counters running smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

Run the main bar counter – serve guests, make drinks, take payments
Run the restaurant service counter – manage tickets, prioritise drink orders
Supervise waiters – ensure they’re collecting drinks correctly, communicating allergies, and clearing glassware
Supervise other bar staff (if any) – delegate tasks, check quality
Keep both counters clean, stocked, and organised during peak hours
Open/close the bar – stock, cleaning, cash up
