Job Description
- Responsibilities
Provide sales and customer support for hardware, tools, and building materials while maintaining stock discipline and accurate invoicing
- Sales and customer service
- Stock management and merchandising
- Cash handling, invoices, and receipts
- Basic product advice to customers
- Requirements
- Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or Retail Management
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
- Experience in a hardware or building-materials store (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of tools, paints, and electrical fittings (Added Advantage)
