• Cash handling, invoices, and receipts
• Basic product advice to customers
• Requirements
• Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or Retail Management
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
• Experience in a hardware or building-materials store (Added Advantage)
• Knowledge of tools, paints, and electrical fittings (Added Advantage)
