• Responsibilities

Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, itineraries, and payments.

Itinerary Planning: Create tailored travel itineraries.

Bookings & Invoicing: Process reservations, prepare invoices, and follow up on payments.

Customer Support: Handle booking updates, client feedback, and resolve travel issues.

Sales: Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in tour consulting or hotel operations.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proven experience selling South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Flexible and willing to work varied hours.
