GENERAL MANAGER

• Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café.

Lead and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and operational standards.

Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field.

Minimum of five (5) years’ proven management experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sound financial and business management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems will be an added advantage.
