FUEL TANKER DRIVER (X4)

• Responsibilities
• Operate trucks safely and professionally in accordance with road and transport laws
• Ensure correct loading, transportation and off-loading of fuel cargo
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects
• Maintain accurate logbooks, fuel manifests and delivery documentation
• Observe SHEQ procedures, including use of PPE and emergency protocols
• Report incidents, delays and breakdowns promptly to the Administrator or SHEQ Officer
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper handling of company property
• Adhere to delivery schedules and maintain customer service standards
• Assist in periodic vehicle maintenance checks and compliance inspections
• Advise on scheduling for preventative maintenance and general service
• Requirements

Valid Botswana Class EC Driver’s Licence.

Professional Driver’s Permit (PrDP).

Dangerous Goods (HazMat) Certification.

Defensive Driving Certificate.

First Aid Certificate.

• Minimum 5 years heavy-duty driving, with traceable references. 3 years tanker driving highly advantageous
• Cross-border driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Incident and near-miss reporting
