FRUIT PICKERS (SEASONAL)

• Responsibilities

Harvest/pick various types of citrus fruits from trees or plants.

Ensure that fruits are picked carefully to avoid damage and maintain product quality.

Follow health and safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Report any injuries, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Perform other duties related to the harvest as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

• Requirements

Above the age of 18.

Strong physical fitness to handle manual labour.

No previous experience required, but experience in agricultural work or fruit picking is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting.

Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Good communication skills.

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality harvest.

A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.

• Paid per bin (bin rate system) – the more you pick, the more you earn
