• Responsibilities

Generate sales and identify new business opportunites.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.

Assist with artwork preparation and basic graphic design.

Support production of printing and branding products while ensuring quality standards.

Coordinate production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time.

Manage inventory levels and monitor printing consumables.

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after projects.

• Requirements

Basic Knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Coreldraw, Photoshop).

Understanding of printing & branding processes.

Customer Oriented with a service excellence mindset.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised & Independent able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Detail Oriented with excellent attention to detail.
