.Qualifications:
Ø Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
Ø Minimum two years of local accounting, finance, taxation, or finance assistant experience.
Ø Familiarity with Kenyan invoicing, tax filing procedures, reimbursement processes, and accounting practices.
Ø Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, or local tax systems is preferred.
Ø Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
Ø Good English communication skills
Experience in renewable energy, electrical products, trading, warehousing, or distribution companies is an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage local invoicing, payment records, expense tracking, and accounting records.
· Handle tax filings, tax documentation, and compliance requirements.
· Process payroll, expense reimbursements, supplier payments, and warehouse/logistics expenses.
· Coordinate with the company's finance department and submit financial reports as required.
· Support customer order management, payment collection, product dispatch, and invoice management.
· Liaise with local banks, tax authorities, auditors, and accountants.
· Prepare monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and exception reports.
· Maintain financial records, contracts, invoices, and payment documentation.
