Finance & Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analyses.
• Develop and strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate statutory audits and regulatory compliance.
• Manage tax planning, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor company profitability, expenditure, and working capital.
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' finance or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Experience preparing management accounts and financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Preferred Requirements: Candidates with experience managing finance operations in automotive, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or other multi-branch businesses will have an advantage.
