Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's automotive parts inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Develop and maintain efficient inventory control systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical parts.
  • Forecast inventory requirements based on sales and workshop demand.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with approved suppliers.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting.
  • Minimise stock losses, obsolete inventory, and stock discrepancies.
  • Optimise warehouse layout and storage processes.
  • Work closely with workshop, procurement, and finance teams to support operations.
  • Prepare inventory reports and recommend improvements to inventory performance.
  • Lead and develop inventory and warehouse personnel.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience managing automotive parts inventory is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
  • Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and record management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:
