Fiber Optic Splicer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and testing.

• Troubleshoot and repair fiber network faults.

• Conduct OTDR and power meter testing.

• Maintain accurate splicing and testing records.

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Care for Company tools, equipment, and materials.

Qualification

• Certificate or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in fiber optic splicing.

• Experience using OTDR, fusion splicers, and fiber testing equipment.

• Certificate in fiber optic installer training.

Skills
