Job Description

  • Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage all farm activities to ensure productivity and profitability
  • Supervise farm staff, allocate duties, and monitor performance
  • Oversee livestock/crop management, feeding, health checks, and record keeping
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment, infrastructure, and farm facilities
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Prepare reports on production, costs, and farm performance for management
  • Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and relevant authorities
  • Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, Animal Science, or related field for Manager
  • Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Farm Management, Animal Science, or related field for Supervisors
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in farm management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of livestock and/or crop production practices
  • Good organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate – MS Excel/Word preferred
  • Valid extra-heavy duty driver’s license will be an added advantage
  • Must be willing to reside and work between Tuli and Letlhakane
