Tenderers must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the following categories: Code 315 Human Resource Services, Sub code: 02 Job evaluation, Compensation and reward Management

The tender is reserved for citizens or citizen contractors as stated under Section 76 of the Public Procurement Act.

Bidders are to submit copies of relevant valid EDD certificates to benefit from EDD preferential margins.

A non-refundable deposit of BWP100 or BWP50 for Youth Owned Companies payable by electronic funds transfer. Proof of payment is required on collection of the tender documents.
