Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
• Build scalable customer acquisition strategies.
• Create growth funnels from awareness to conversion.
• Increase user acquisition while reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Optimize customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Improve customer retention strategies.

Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing):
Plan, launch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns across:

• Google Ads
• Google Display Network (GDN)
• Google Search Ads
• Google Performance Max
• YouTube Ads
• Facebook Ads
• Instagram Ads
• TikTok Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• X (Twitter) Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• Reddit Ads (where applicable)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
