As a Digital Marketers Intern, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement. The role requires a balance of analytical and creative skills, with strong expertise.

1. Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop, write, and edit engaging content in English and Mandarin for social media and digital platforms
• Plan content ideas and messaging aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives
• Ensure content is relevant, creative, and tailored to different target audience

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and support the company’s presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize social media postings
• Respond to bilingual inquiries and support online community engagemen

3. Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including:
• Social media campaigns
• SEO / SEM activities
• Email marketing
• Online advertising / display campaigns
• Track campaign performance and support reporting on results and insights

4. Multimedia Collaboration

• Work closely with designers or internal teams to develop visuals, videos, and other creative marketing materials
• Contribute ideas for multimedia content that enhance audience engagement and brand visibility

5. Market & Performance Awareness

• Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities
• Use insights and performance data to suggest improvements for future campaigns
