About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Strategic Communications, Brand and Advocacy, the Digital Content Producer is responsible for planning, producing, and evaluating strategic digital content, including videos, and marketing initiatives for Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV), and its Centre for Learning and Innovation. Working as part of the Communications and Marketing team, the role creates engaging digital content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand awareness, enhance reputation, and support audience engagement and business outcomes.

This role is located at Camberwell and is 12-month part-time (0.6EFT) role, working 3 days per week. The base salary range is $89,957 - $93,788 (pro-rata) per annum.

About you

  • You have a degree in marketing, communications or a related field, with at least 4 years' experience delivering end-to-end digital content production and marketing campaigns.
  • You have proven experience creating engaging digital content including end-to-end video production, and across websites, email, social media and print, with strong copywriting skills and proficiency using digital marketing, CMS and design platforms.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects, analyse campaign performance and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
  • You are a collaborative communicator who enjoys working in a purpose-driven organisation, with a passion for creating impactful content that strengthens brand awareness and engagement.
