Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences and needs.
• Recommend suitable fragrance options and provide product knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive store environment.
• Support sales targets by delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Passion for perfumes, luxury products, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration: NGN150,000
