Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences and needs.
- Recommend suitable fragrance options and provide product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive store environment.
- Support sales targets by delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an added advantage.
- Passion for perfumes, luxury products, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration: NGN150,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1
