Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with IOCs, marginal field operators, and major contractors. Demonstrate a proven ability to lead negotiations and close commercial deals.
  • End-to-end management of the bidding process, including monitoring, preparing, and submitting technical and commercial tenders on the NIPEX portal. Ensure strict compliance with NCDMB (Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board) regulations and guidelines.
  • Research, write, and assemble compelling commercial proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and pre-qualification documents tailored to specific IOC/EPC tender requirements.
  • Oversee the administration of contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and post-award variations. Ensure all contractual terms align with business risk margins and statutory oil and gas regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong, high-level networks with key decision-makers, contract committees, and procurement departments within the energy sector.
  • Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product selection.
  • Promote and sell products to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Maintain proper display and organization of store items.
  • Keep accurate records of sales and customer transactions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline within the oil and gas sector.
  • A minimum of 4 to 7 years of progressive business development and sales experience
  • Deep familiarity with Nigerian upstream contracting regulations, the NIPEX joint qualification system (NJQS), and EPC tendering cycles.
  • Exceptional proposal writing skills, sharp commercial negotiation acumen, and a high rate of deal-closure success
  • Preferably a Female
