Quotation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Obtain competitive quotations from clearing agents for various clearing jobs.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations for clients.
• Handle quotations for: Car clearing, Container clearing (FCL/LCL), Bulk cargo, General import and export cargo
• Liaise with clearing agents, shipping lines, transporters, and other service providers.
• Monitor market rates and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure quotations are accurate and achievable.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, clearing, or logistics.
• Good understanding of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and freight forwarding operations.
• Experience preparing quotations for vehicle, container, and bulk cargo clearance.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer literate
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 (open to negotiation )
