As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Make outbound calls to newly registered customers to encourage and convert them into First-Time Depositors (FTDs).
• Contact inactive or lapsed customers to encourage reactivation and renewed engagement.
• Clearly explain current promotions, bonuses, products, and services relevant to each customer.
• Understand customer needs and resolve problems professionally to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Educate customers on account funding, available payment methods, and platform features.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Schedule and complete follow-up calls were required.
• Achieve individual and team targets for:
  • FTD conversions
  • Reactivated accounts
  • Call volume
  • Contact rate
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue generated.
  • Escalate customer complaints or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, responsible gaming guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
