Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Process customer orders, requests, registrations, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls courteously and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet customer service performance targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly customer service reports as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience (experience is an added advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
