Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering works for real estate developments.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines while resolving technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide technical recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years' experience as a Civil Engineer in Real Estate or Property Development.
• Must be a registered member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK) and the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction regulations, and project management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
