WORK PURPOSE:

For Renco's Buildings project we are looking for an Accountant with experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and evaluate suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders and monitor order status.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and end users.
• Resolve procurement and delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchasing records.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Ability to analyze quotations and perform cost comparisons.
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Finance and Administration.
