  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to improve business performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on business development activities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Health Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, within Hospital or Health care industry
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, procurement processes and health care systems .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
