*1.Bricklayer*

Duties and Responsibilities

*Duties and Responsibilities*•Interpret building plans and drawings to determine layouts and material quantities.• Construct walls, foundations, and other structures according to approved drawings.• Ensure compliance with building by-laws and safety regulations.• Calculate angles and determine the vertical and horizontal alignment of brick courses.• Lay bricks using mortar as a binder and use a trowel to level and finish work accurately.

Qualifications and Experience

*Qualifications* • Certificate or Diploma in Bricklaying from a recognized institution (Polytechnic or College).• Class 1 Certified Bricklayer.• Minimum of three (3) years' relevant working experience.
